All prices are in US Dollars.
Your total shown in our shopping cart is in US Dollars and your VISA/MC account
will be charged that amount in US Dollars. The charge is automatically converted
to your currency by VISA/MC so your VISA/MC statement will show the charge respectively
adjusted to your currency. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping Policy
Free shipping with $50 or bigger order. If combined order
less than $50 shipping is only $6.
Shipping rates are for Canada and the 48 contiguous states of United States
of America, via Ground Mail Service. For overseas shipping and for Air (Express)
shipping, please contact sales@herbs4cure.com
Your order will be shipped the same or following business day. If you are in
US or Canada you should receive it in 6 to 10 business days. For overseas orders
Post Office does not guarantee delivery faster than 2 weeks but most of our
overseas shipments are reaching the destination in 8-12 business days.

without your expressed consent ( does not include fraud cases ) and that any

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your name, address, telephone number,

Security
1. The 2Checkout.com Shopping Guarantee protects you when you pay through
2Checkout.com, so that you never have to worry about credit card safety.

2. If you are not satisfied with the product or service provided by a 2Checkout.com
partner, contact us immediately. We
will intercede and work to resolve the dispute to the satisfaction of all parties.
If the matter cannot be resolve we will issue credits as necessary.
3. 2Checkout.com assumes responsibility for its selling partners if they
fail to provide the goods or service paid for and become unreachable or unresponsive,
the buyers funds will be returned and it will be 2Checkout.com's
responsibility to pursue the matter with your assistance.
4. You will never pay charges made to your card through unauthorized parties,
contact us if there are charges on
your bill you do not recognize.
5. To protect you from catastrophic losses, under the Fair Credit Billing Act,
your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges that
are not the result of negligence or fraud on your part.
6. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among
the best software available today for secure online commerce transactions. It
encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name,
and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
2Checkout.com does not allow any transactions that do not occur
on a Secure connection.
5. For security reasons card numbers are transmitted directly to the banking
network for authorization. 2Checkout.com and herbs4cure.com
do not record your card number anywhere.
Return Policy
We will gladly replace any item damaged during shipping or refund your original
purchase price for that item when we receive your damaged products back to us.
If the products are in original package and were not opened or used and you
want to return them for any reason - you can send them back to us for a refund
within 3 weeks of your purchase. Returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking
fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Also if your order was over
$50.00 US and we paid for shipping of your package that shipping charge will
be deducted from your refund.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer a money-back return
policy for the products that were opened and used.
Sales Taxes
We are required by law to collect PST and GST tax on all orders shipped to addresses
in British Columbia, Canada and GST tax only on all orders shipped to addresses
in other Provinces in Canada.
Advertisements, Claims, and Information
about health care products that are listed on our web site.
The information listed on the product pages of this web site is provided by
the individual product manufacturers. herbs4cure.com is
not responsible for the validity of claims made by those manufacturers regarding
their individual products. If you have questions about or dispute any statement
of claims made about any product sold by herbs4cure.com,
please direct those questions to the manufacturer.
Duties
International customers from outside of North America will be responsible for
payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination.
You must contact your local Department of Commerce for information about any
duty and taxes that may be added. There are no duties, taxes or extra charges
for orders shipped to USA.
Limitation on Liability:
In no event shall place4shopping be liable for any direct, indirect, special,
punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever,
even if we have been previously advised of the possibility of such damages,
whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising
out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the
information services, products and materials available from this site. These
limitation shall apply not withstanding any failure of essential purpose of
any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how
long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability
for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply
to you.
